Your Right to Cancel
If you are a UK consumer shopping online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your goods, unless an exception applies.

Exchanges
We may not always offer direct exchanges due to stock availability, fulfilment arrangements or supplier differences.

Where an exchange is not available, you may need to return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds

Some Arlenton products may be dispatched from international fulfilment locations or directly from trusted suppliers outside the United Kingdom.
