Delivery Area

We currently aim to deliver to customers across the United Kingdom.

Delivery availability may depend on the product, delivery address, courier service and fulfilment location. In some cases, certain remote areas, islands or restricted postcodes may experience longer delivery times or limited delivery options.

Shipping Costs

Standard UK delivery is free when you spend £50 or more.

For orders under £50, a standard delivery charge of £3.95 may apply at checkout.

From time to time, Arlenton may offer free delivery promotions, seasonal shipping offers or limited-time delivery discounts. Where a delivery promotion is available, it will be shown on our website, product pages, basket or checkout before you complete your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

Our standard estimated delivery time is usually 7 to 15 business days after your order has been processed and dispatched.

Business days exclude weekends, UK bank holidays and public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the product, supplier, fulfilment location, courier service, customs processing, seasonal demand, weather conditions or events outside our control.

Order Processing

Once you place an order, we will process your purchase and prepare it for fulfilment.

Order processing usually begins shortly after payment confirmation.

During busy periods, promotional events, summer sales, Black Friday, Christmas or bank holiday periods, processing and delivery times may take longer than usual.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.

 

Please check your order details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if you notice any mistake with your delivery address or contact information.

International Fulfilment

Some Arlenton products may be dispatched from international fulfilment locations or directly from trusted suppliers outside the United Kingdom.

This allows us to offer a wider product selection while keeping our online store flexible and competitively priced.

Because some items may be fulfilled internationally, delivery may take longer than traditional domestic UK shipping. The estimated delivery time shown in this policy reflects this fulfilment model.

Split Deliveries

If your order contains more than one product, your items may be sent separately.

This can happen when products are stored in different fulfilment locations, supplied by different partners or dispatched at different times.

If your items arrive separately, you will not usually need to pay any additional delivery charge beyond what was shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking information by email after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take a little time to update after dispatch. If your tracking link does not show movement immediately, please allow time for the courier or delivery partner to update the system.

Please note that not all delivery services provide detailed tracking at every stage of the journey.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate and accessible delivery address at checkout.

Please make sure your address includes the correct house number, flat number, street name, postcode, town or city and any important delivery instructions.

Arlenton is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.

If you realise that your delivery address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@arlenton.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Missed Deliveries

If a courier attempts delivery and you are not available, they may leave a delivery note, attempt redelivery, deliver to a safe place, deliver to a neighbour or send the parcel to a local collection point, depending on the courier’s delivery process.

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the courier’s instructions and collect or rearrange delivery where required.

If a parcel is returned because it was not collected, refused or delivery could not be completed, additional delivery charges may apply.

Delivery Delays

We always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occasionally happen.

Possible reasons for delay include:

High seasonal order volume.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Clear photos of the damaged packaging.

Incorrect or Missing Items

Please include your order number, photos of the item received and a description of the issue.

We will review the matter and work to resolve it appropriately.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect, failed delivery attempts or circumstances outside our control, the parcel may be returned to the sender or fulfilment partner.

Where this happens, we will review the case and advise whether redelivery, store credit, refund or another solution is available.

Additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is requested.
