General Promotion Terms
All Arlenton promotions are subject to the following general conditions:
Promotions apply only to eligible products and qualifying orders placed through the official Arlenton website.
All offers are subject to product, colour and size availability.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one promotion, discount code or offer may be used per order.
Where more than one promotion could apply, the shopping basket or checkout will display the offer accepted by the system.
Promotional discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards or store credit.
Discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been completed or confirmed.
Delivery charges, gift cards and other excluded products are not discounted unless expressly stated.
Customers must meet all stated product, quantity and order requirements to receive the relevant discount.
Adding an item to the basket does not reserve stock or guarantee that a promotion will remain available.

Returns and Promotional Purchases
Our standard Returns & Refunds Policy continues to apply to products purchased during a promotion.
When an item from a promotional order, bundle or multi-buy purchase is returned, the remaining products may no longer meet the original promotion requirements. In this situation, the discount may be recalculated based on the products and quantities retained by the customer.
For example:
Returning one item from a bundle may result in the bundle discount being removed.
Returning part of a multi-buy purchase may change the order to a lower discount level.
If the original promotion required two qualifying products, returning one item may remove the discount applied to the remaining product.
The final refund may therefore be adjusted to reflect the price that would have applied to the retained products without the original promotion.
Any refund adjustment will be made in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and will not affect your statutory consumer rights.
